The State of Maharashtra prays for extension of 12 weeks time to comply with the directions of this Court dated 13.08.2018. The learned Advocate for the Respondents/ employees submits that since they are protected, they have no objection for allowing this Civil Application.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which reads as under :- "B) The time for implementation of the common order passed by this Hon. Court dated 13th August 2018 in Writ Petition No.3715 of 2017 may be extended for further 12 weeks from the date of order passed in the present Civil Application."
