It is reported that respondent No. 3 Keshavrao Sonbarao Tawade and respondent No. 4 Dr.Vitthalrao Marotrao Tawade are expired during the pendency of this appeal. The copies their death certificates dated 10.11.2020 and 29.04.2019 are placed on record respectively. As regards respondent No. 5, he is already deleted vide order dated 02.03.2017.
