Considering the objections raised by the learned AGP in the light of Section 15 and Section 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays that this Court may dispose of this petition and direct the Registry to transfer the proceedings to be registered as Original Application before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. He would carry out the necessary amendments in the title clause. Since the petitioner would be superannuating on 31st March, 2023, he prays for a request to the learned Tribunal to consider his case expeditiously. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off from the file of this Court. The Registry shall transfer this case papers to the
