DATE : 18th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- These applications are moved by applicants-claimants for condonation of delay. There is delay of 450 days caused in filing appeals to challenge the Judgment and Award dated 4th May, 2017 passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani, in Land Acquisitions References No. 37, 38, 39 and 44 of 2015.

Heard learned counsels for the applicants 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that sufficient reasons are given in the application for condonation of delay. He submits that being agriculturists, the applicants were not in a position financially to immediately approach to this Court to file the appeal. Present applications are pending since 2019, though non-applicants are served long back, no reply has been filed to the present applications opposing prayer made in the applications. 4.

After going through the contents of the applications, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applications to condone the delay.

The civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.

Office is directed to register the appeals and place the matters for admission.
