Shri S.B.Narwade, learned APP for the respondent has produced the report of the Medical Ofcer stating therein that injured is semi-conscious and is not in a position to give statement. 3.

It will be in the ftness of things if this application is disposed of and the applicant is given liberty to move the trial Court for bail after recording the statement of the injured. 4.

In this view of the matter, application is disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
