This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to tender an appropriate application to the Chief Executive Officer, Wakf Board, within a specified period; and by issuing directions to the Chief Executive Officer, Wakf Board, to pass appropriate order or take appropriate steps, within stipulated period. If petitioner tenders an application to the Chief Executive Officer, Wakf Board, by 22.12.2015, the Chief Executive Officer, Wakf Board shall pass appropriate order after observing principles of natural justice and in accordance with provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within five days from the date of receipt of the application.
