This Civil Application is filed by the applicant praying for bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant no.2 Shivaji Kisanrao Deshmukh. According to applicants, Shivaji Kisanrao Deshmukh died on 30th August 2015 leaving behind him his L.Rs. 2A to 2G as given in para-6 of this application. The appellant no.2 Shivaji Kisanrao Deshmukh reported to be dead on 30th August 2015. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Shivaji Kisanrao Deshmukh died on 30th August 2015. The present CA is filed on 17th November 2015. There is no contest to this application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the CA and pass following order. Civil Application No.16719/2015 is hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.2 Shivaji Kisanrao Deshmukh as contended in para-6 of this application.

Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of cnd.cast26554.15

limitation.
