The above civil applications are decided by this common order as they are arising out of same acquisition giving rise to distinct First

932-CA-12832-2023 -2Appeals. Present applications are precisely for directions to the acquiring body, who is the appellant herein, to deposit the entire amount of compensation awarded by the learned Reference Court. 2.

Record shows that this Court by order dated 27.10.2023, 10.07.2024 and 26.09.2025, adjourned the matter for verification as to whether entire amount of compensation has been deposited or not. However, till date there is no compliance. Therefore, after hearing both sides, the appellant is directed to deposit the entire balance amount under award within twelve weeks from today. 3.
