Respondent No.1 Bhagubai is claimed to have executed a will prior to her death on August 7, 2002, in favour of applicant /intervenor, who is sought to be impleaded to the present Writ Petition. 2.

He then claims that based on the will deed, mutation entry No. 25760 is taken in his name in relation to land Gat No. 427 being son of the respondent/original petitioner No.1 Bhagubai.

In view thereof, the application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause "B".

Appropriate amendment be carried out, within a period of two weeks, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
