On 06th February, 2023, this Court noted on instructions from the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the preliminary notification under Sub Section 1 of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 was already published on 23rd August, 2022.

In view of the above, we expect that the respondent authorities shall take the said preliminary notification to its logical end within the stipulated period.
