Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'b' and 'c', which read thus :

"b.

Condone the delay of 5702 days caused in bringing the LRs of the deceased respondent no. 3 on record as mentioned in the title clause and same may kindly be taken on record and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

c.

Grant this application and restore the above mentioned Review petition by setting aside abetment order on its original position and for that purpose issue necessary orders." 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.

Stand over to 21st March, 2023.
