It appears that the application for bringing legal heirs of appellants and two respondents is commonly filed. There is considerable delay in filing the application. In that view of the matter, common application cannot be considered.

At this stage, learned Advocate appearing for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present application and file separate applications for each of deceased appellants/respondents explaining the delay for bringing L.Rs. on record.
