DATE : 19.01.2022 PER COURT :- The original respondent Nos. 4 to 7 of First Appeal No. 1150 of 2015 seeks review of the order of this court, passed in said appeal dated 27.09.2016. During the pendency of review, the contesting parties have settled the matter out of the Court and to that efect fled compromise memo which is marked as 'X' for identifcation before this Court. In view of that, co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 4th August, 2021 has directed Registrar (Judicial) to verify the terms of compromise and to submit the report. In turn, the report dated 04.08.2021 is submitted by the Registrar (Judicial)

The learned counsels appearing for the parties, today also requested to dispose the matter in terms of compromise, as it was a family dispute, which has been settled in between the parties. In view of that, the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1150 of 2015 dated 27.09.2016 is set-aside. 3.
Issue succession certifcate, in terms of compromise memo Article 'X'. In view of compromise memo, review petition stands disposed of.
Civil Application No. 7528 of 2021 For the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed and disposed of . All remaining civil Application stands disposed of.
