Heard. This petition is filed seeking instructions to the investigating officer to register the crime and make investigation. The learned counsel for respondent Zilla Parishad informs that the F.I.R. has been registered in relation to construction of 10 lavatory blocks. According to him, some documents in the custody of Gram Panchayat are not forthcoming.

It appears that, purpose of this petition would be served if the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer and hand over whatever documents he is having. On receipt of the

same, the investigating officer would do the necessary investigation and take it to logical conclusion. In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of.
