1) The matter was heard exhaustively on 21-12015. This Court had expressed that the Court may grant relief subject to condition of deposit of Rs. one lakh in the Court by the present applicant considering the injury caused by the applicant to the injured witness. Time was given to the learned counsel for the applicant to make statement as to whether the applicant is ready and willing to make such deposit in the Court.

2 Application 6776/2014 2) Today learned counsel for the applicants filed written instructions of the relative of the applicants to the effect that they want to withdraw the application. 3) The application is disposed of as withdrawn but it is to be treated that the Court was not inclined to grant the relief.
