The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the Head Master has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon on 03rd April, 2013. The same is not yet decided.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon (Exhibit - B) is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent authorities shall decide
