This is an application for restoration of the second appeal of which registration was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 4th December 2013, as the appellant failed to remove the office objection.

The application is within time. The Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that he will remove office objections within two weeks from today. Said submissions are taken as an undertaking. He shall remove the office objections within two weeks from the restoration of second appeal.
