PER COURT :- An application tendered to the Collector, seeking transfer of the land by the tribal transferor in favour of non-tribal transferee on 16.4.2016 is stated to be pending. The Collector is expected to forward the Application, after due enquiry for sanction to the State Government and after receipt of the approval from the State Government, the Collector is expected to pass final order. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Collector to take appropriate steps within a period of three months from today. On receipt of the proposal, the State Government shall take appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the proposal and thereafter, the Collector may pass appropriate orders on receipt of the recommendations from the State Government within a period of four weeks from the date of such recommendations/approval, if any. All the authorities are expected to pass orders in accordance with law and considering the merit of the matter.
