In case, the applications for grant of caste certificates are filed by the petitioners before respondent No. 2 and if the same are pending, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision on such applications, on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of this order. 3.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
