Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants at length. Though the non-applicants are served with the notice, but none appeared on their behalf.

By the present Application, the Applicants / original claimants have prayed for condonation of 1120 days caused in lodging the Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 03.07.2013 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Udgir in M.A.C.P. No.115 of 2007.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the delay of 1120 days caused in lodging the Appeal is hereby condoned. However, the Applicants would disentitle for the interest component for the delayed period till passing of this order. 4.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Office to register the First Appeal and place before this Court on 28.03.2025 for further orders.
