It has been stated by all that the case is likely to be finished within short time. Today, the case before the Trial Court is posted for statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. There appears a material progress in the trial. Earlier bail applications were rejected. Therefore, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the bail application.
