Mr Dighe, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders across the bar affidavit dated 10th November, 2022. Along with the affidavit, a copy of agreement dated 30th July, 2019 has been produced. 2.

Mr Dighe, Mr Shermale and Mr Wagh, the learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties are ad idem that the dispute between the parties would not be governed by the agreement dated 30.07.2019. The affidavit and the agreement are taken on record. 3.

In view of the compromise reached between the parties as per the agreement dated 30.07.2019, nothing remains to be decided in the present petition and the same is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
