Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Unfortunately on the day of incident, she has been to the house of the deceased. It has been alleged against her that she hold the legs of the deceased when he was killed. The arguments of the learned counsel for the applicant that the information was collected from a juvenile accused has no evidential value. However, the presence of the applicant on the spot of the incident at the time of incident is not specifically denied. Considering the role attributed to the applicant, her age and the allegations levelled against her, she may be granted bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicant, Shakuntala w/o Madhav Jadhav, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.252 of 2022, registered at Omerga Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offence punishable under Section 302, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that she shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
