The Petitioner/ original Defendant No.1 is aggrieved by the ex-parte ad-interim injunction granted vide order dated 01.10.2018 by the Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal, Aurangabad in Waqf Suit No.205/2018. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner contends that the exparte ad-interim protection has been misused by the Plaintiff, who has entered the land belonging to the Petitioner and has stolen the crops. The First Information Report has also been registered. The next date in the matter before the Waqf Tribunal is 17.11.2018. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the Waqf Tribunal shall ensure that the arguments on the application Exhibit-5 are heard and concluded on 17.11.2018 and a reasoned order is passed on or before 01.12.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V.
