The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that father and real uncle of the petitioner have been issued the Tribe Validity Certificate under the orders of this Court and the Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, be directed to issue the Tribe Validity Certificate to the petitioner. The Tribe Certificate Validation proceedings of the petitioner are pending. 2.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that the decision in the Tribe Certificate Validity proceedings of the petitioner

The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee is bound to consider the judgments delivered by this Court in which directions have been issued to the Scrutiny Committee to issue the certificates of validity to father and real uncle of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar Division, Nandurbar, and the petitioner may point out the judgments delivered by this Court in the cases of her father and real uncle to the Scrutiny Committee, which the Committee would certainly consider. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
