Applicants have filed this application to condone the delay in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of petitioner nos. 1 and 8, and also to permit them to bring the legal heirs of petitioner nos. 1, 3, 7 and 8 on record. For which, learned Advocate for respondent no. 6 has given no objection, subject to the applicants paying costs to the High Court Bar Library.

In response to the same, learned Advocate for the applicants is ready to pay the costs of Rs. 5,000/- to the High Court Bar Association Library. As such, in view of the above facts and having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is

2 921.odt allowed as prayed, subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- to the High Court Bar Association Library within two weeks.

On payment of the cost, the delay in filing the application for bringing the LRs. is condoned. Applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of petitioner nos. 1, 3, 7 and 8 on record within a period of two weeks from today and carry out the amendment accordingly and supply an amended copy of the petition to the respondents within a period of one week thereafter.
