DATE : 15.11.2019 P.C. :- The applicant is the original claimant no.2 who was then minor. He has filed this application after attaining majority and seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation which she has been found entitled to. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that rest of the applicants have been allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation. The learned advocate for the Insurance Company submits that the applicant can be allowed to withdraw Rupees Ten Lakhs subject to usual terms and conditions.
