Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP. 2.

The petitioner is running Industrial Training Institute and is seeking reimbursement of the tuition fees in respect of the students from reserved category who had taken education in the institute in the academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

The learned AGP submits that depending upon the entitlement of the petitioner, an order similar to the one passed in Writ Petition No.3117/2016 with connected matters on 05.07.2016 may be passed. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to

938.WP-12710-2023.doc consider the petitioner's claim on its own merits and if it is found entitled to seek reimbursement in light of the Government policies and the Government Resolution, shall reimburse it for the academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months.
