The learned Advocate for the petitioner/applicant submits that the matter that was pending before respondent No.2 earlier, has now been transferred to the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No.14 at Ahmednagar. He, therefore, seeks leave to add the said authority as respondent No.3.

The learned AGP submits that the proposed authority is a revenue Authority and the learned AGP can appear. 3.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Leave to add respondent No.3, is permitted. The learned AGP causes an khs/Oct. 2019/12578

- 2 - appearance on behalf of the added authority.

Prayer clause DD shall be added to the petition prayer clause within 6 (six) weeks from today.

The ad-interim relief, granted earlier, would be applicable to the newly added respondent No.3.

List this petition for admission hearing after service of notice on respondent No.1.
