The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the application for deletion of the names of partners filed on 29-09-2018, the same is not decided by respondent No. 2 - Collector.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

Incase, the application for deletion of the names of partners is presented by the petitioner and the same is pending, then respondent No. 2 may make endeavour to decide such application, as expeditiously as possible, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of order. 4.

It is made clear that authority may consider the legal aspects of the matter as may be raised by the contesting parties. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
