Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending since 2010. 2.

The President of Grievance Committee entertaining complaints of Shikshan Sevak had also recommended the case of the petitioner.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel submits that if proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending, the authority would decide it on its own merits.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
