The petitioner is the original informant. On the report filed by her Crime No.0288 of 2017 was registered with Dhoki Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Now that the Investigating Officer submitted a report under section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the form of ' A' Summary Report No. 1 of 2021, she is now seeking to challenge it. 4.

We have heard the learned APP.

We dispose of the writ petition by granting the liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the trial Court which shall consider it before finalizing the '
