Heard. Learned counsel for the applicants first brought to our notice the history given to the hospital. While the injured informant was admitted, it has been stated that some unknown persons assaulted him. The F.I.R. was registered while he was in hospital. Admittedly, there are civil disputes pending between the parties. One of the applicant is none other than real son of the informant. There is eye witness account as well. Whether the averments therein are true or false could only be ascertained by the trial Court. In view of the same, we are not inclined to issue notice in the matter.
