The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 426 of 2022 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Latur for offences punishable under sections 377, 354, 498-A, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is lodged by the wife of the applicant alleging commission of above offences by the applicant. 3.

During the pendency of this application, interim protection was granted to the applicant, and he has cooperated in the investigation.

Today, the copy of consent terms is filed in the Court, which is signed by the applicant as well as informant. According to which, they have amicably settled their matrimonial dispute, and have agreed to file joint petition seeking quashing of present crime. Copy of consent terms is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 6.

In the light of amicable settlement between the applicant and informant, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 426 of 2022 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Latur for offences punishable under sections 377, 354, 498-A, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
