Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

As a limited grievance raised in the petition, we dispose of this petition at admission stage.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 waives notice. As the respondent No.1 society itself forwarded the proposal to

respondent No.2, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondent No.1. The petitioner placed to be senior most teacher in the school being run by respondent No.1 institute. The petitioner was also granted authority to submit the pay bills. The Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad by order dated 25/06/2013 approved the order of the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to grant approval to the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. The respondent No.1 society in the meeting of the executive committee dated 05/09/2018 decided to promote the petitioner as Headmistress and this decision was unanimously taken. A copy of the resolution of the society passed by the executive committee is placed on record. The society, then submitted proposal to respondent No.2 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani on 06/09/2018 and reminder was forwarded on 15/09/2018 and 24/09/2018. Till filing of petition, decision is pending before the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani. 4.

In view of the above referred facts, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to decide the proposal submitted by respondent No.1 society on 06/09/2018 as expeditiously as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

Needless to state that the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to take decision on its own merits on verification of the record.

With these directions and observations, the petition is disposed of.
