By the order of which implementation is being sought, the petitioner's proposal seeking approval to their appointment as Shikshan Sevaks which were pending with the respondent no.2/ Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon were directed to be decided on its own merits within six months.

Learned AGP tenders across the bar a copy of communication dated 21.11.2023 whereby the Education Officer (Secondary) informed the Head Master about having taken decision in respect of the petitioners' proposals and has refused to grant approval. Obviously the
