CORAM :
T.V. NALAWADE & MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ.
DATE :
18.04.2019 P.C. :- The proceeding is filed for review of the order made by this Court on 19.06.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3522 of 2015. Both the sides are heard. 2.
It is the grievance of the applicant-state that some record which is to the effect from the year 2014 to 2016 the library was not functioning and on most of the occasion it was found in closed condition, this aspect was not considered and an order is made by this Court in favour of the petitioner. The learned A.P.P. submitted that due to this order the applicant is required to make the payment of the grant for the year starting from 2014. He drew the attention of this Court to some record which is in respect of inspection but his submission show that this record was very much there when the writ petition was decided by this Court and after considering all the record the order is
( 2 ) 918 ra 56.19 made.
3.
In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. do not lie within the scope of a review. The application stands dismissed.
4.
It appears that due to oversight in writ petition relief was granted in terms of prayer clause-B instead of prayer clause-D. So it is to be presumed that the relief is granted in terms of prayer clause-D. Contempt Petition to be placed before the regular Court.
