28.03.2019 P.C. :- Heard the learned A.G.P. and the party in person respondent. The application is filed for condonation of delay of 86 days caused in filing the petition proceeding in respect of the decision given on 19.06.2017 in writ petition no. 3522 of 2015. The learned A.G.P. showed this Court some record of inspection and submitted that prior to 2017 apparently the library was not running and it was found to be closed and such thing was revealed during inquiry made with the Village Panchayat and other persons. But this record is not appearing in the order made by this Court and this Court has given directions to pay the arrears. The arrears will be recorded paid for the period from 2014 to 2017. He makes a statement that for the year 2017-2018 and

( 2 ) 909 ca 14037.17 2018-2019 the Government has paid the grants and in view of the record which is available, the Government is requesting to reconsider the order made for the period from 2014 to 2017.

The learned A.G.P. submits that an amount of Rupees One Lakh Ninety Two Thousand came to be deposited on 11.03.2019. Thus the Court has seen the bona fides of the Government. As the aforesaid record is not reflecting the order made by this Court, this Court holds that delay needs to be condoned and the review application is to be heard. Application is allowed.

List the review application for final disposal at admission stage. Notice is given in review application. Both sides to see that entire relevant record is made available in respect of the disputed period. Stand over to 18.04.2019 in urgent category.
