PER COURT :- Pursuant to the show-cause notice issued to Respondent No.1 on 6th April, 2016, Respondent No.1 is present in this Court.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent No.1 has tendered across bar affidavit in reply. Same is taken on record.
In para 3 of the affidavit in reply, Respondent No.1 has tendered unconditional apology for delay in compliance of the order of which disobedience has been alleged. In para 5 of the affidavit in reply, it is stated that Respondent Officers scrutinized the cases of the petitioners and it was found
667.15CP that they are entitled for the benefit of ACPS. Thereafter, the Assistant Commissioner (Social Welfare), Ahmednagar has passed further order on 18th April, 2016 extending benefits of ACPS to the petitioners.

Since Respondent No.1 has tendered unconditional apology, show-cause notice issued to Respondent No.1 stands discharged.
In the light of the affidavit filed by Respondent no.1, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
