The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses - (A) & (B) as under; "(A) By a writ of mandamus, orders or directions in the nature of mandamus, the respondent No.3 may kindly be directed to decide the O.A. No.127/2022 expeditiously.

(B) By a writ of mandamus, orders or directions in the nature of mandamus, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed not to issue the appointment letter to the selected candidates."

Considering that the original application has been filed in the year 2022, by this petition, the petitioner desires that the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench should be directed to decide the pending Original Application No.127/2022, out of turn. We are not inclined to issue such direction to the Central Administrative
