She is also claiming that even her representation/appeal (Exhibit - N) has been kept pending by the respondent No.3 - Chief Executive Officer. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal. Learned AGP waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned advocate Mr. Gujar waives service for respondent Nos.3 and 4. 3.

We dispose of the petition directing the respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's appeal/representation (Exhibit - O, page No.52) dated 05.07.2024 as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six weeks.
