The Applicants have moved this Civil Application for seeking extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in paragraph 20(a) and 20(b) of the judgment dated 18.08.2016 in Writ Petition No.6043/2014.

The learned Advocate for Non Applicant No.1/ Employee opposes the application.

Considering the reasons set out in the application and after hearing the learned Advocates, I find that ends of justice would be met by

*2* 902.ca.14684.16 extending the time by three weeks so as to comply with the directions below paragraph 20(a) and (b).

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The time to comply with the directions below paragraph 20(a) and (b) of the judgment dated 18.08.2016 is extended by THREE WEEKS from today. In the event, the said directions are not complied with, Non Applicant No.1/ Employee will be at liberty to initiate appropriate steps against the Applicants for non compliance of the directions of this Court.
