This petition impugns the order passed by the Hon' ble Minister in R.T.S. Revision No. vkjVh,l&31v21@iz-dz-40@t&6v, thereby setting aside the order passed by the Additional Collector, Nandurbar in R.T.S. Appeal No.3/2019 and remanding the matter back to the Additional Collector, Nandurbar for fresh inquiry. 2.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that while remanding the matter back, the Hon'ble Minister has made certain observations on merits of the matter, in Para-6 of the impugned order which may influence the Collector.

The apprehension of the petitioner appears to be reasonable and needs to be taken care of. The Additional Collector, Nandurbar shall decide the matter on its own merits without being
