The only prayer put forth by the petitioner is that his application dated 15.10.2020 may be considered. 2.

We have perused the representation put forth by the petitioner, who is a 61 years old retired employee of the Zilla Parishad. He prays for the calculations of his wages and allowances and seeks payment of the difference. He has tendered almost 14 applications earlier. Since no response was forthcoming from the Zilla Parishad, that he has approached this Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.2 to personally look into the grievance of the petitioner as is voiced in his representation dated 15.10.2020, by following the due procedure. Let such response be communicated to the petitioner, on or before 15.02.2023.
