Notice sent earlier could not be served for want of detail address. The address of respondent No.7 is stated to be same as appearing in the lower Court proceeding. It is necessary to allow the prayer. Hence, the following order is passed:

Civil Application No.13694 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The applicant shall file service affidavit regarding
