The learned APP produced on record the progress report dated 24.12.2025. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said report, it appears that police have taken all the possible efforts for tracing out the stolen vehicle no.MH-46-F-2797. The learned APP further submits that as and when the vehicle is traced out the charge-sheet will be filed. The concerned Investigating Officer is also present in the Court. The Petitioner is at liberty to give any clue in respect of the stolen vehicle to the Investigating Officer. 2.
