By the present application, the applicant / applicant is seeking permission to bring on record, the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.01 i.e. non-applicant nos.01-B to 01-G on record of First Appeal No. 2799 of 2013. There is delay of 802 days caused in filing the present application. Same is sought to be condoned.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The legal heirs of deceased respondent no.01 i.e. nonapplicant nos.01-B to 01-G are permitted to be brought on record of the First Appeal. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
