This application is for condonation of delay and bringing heirs of the deceased applicant-Laxman Bisan Dhangar on record. Appellant/original claimant who has filed first appeal for enhancement of the compensation, died on 27.03.2011. His appeals of 2009 and 2010 are also pending. Even if the steps would have been taken in time for substituting the deceased-applicant, there is no possibility of hearing the first appeal finally. 2.

I have gone through the contents of civil application which are good grounds for condonation of delay. The cause of action survives against heirs of deceased applicant.
