The petitioner's case before the Competent Scrutiny Committee has been closed for judgment on 17.11.2022. On the 4th day, this writ petition is filed on 21.11.2022 seeking a Writ of Mandamus to the Committee.

To say the least, the Writ of Mandamus is being misused in such matters. When the authorities have closed the matters for judgment three days ago, the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus on the 4th day, cannot be countenanced.

This petition is, therefore, dismissed.
