In view of availability of alternate remedy provided under the provisions of Maharashtra Employees of Private School (Service Condition) Act, 1977, no interference is called for. Keeping the option to avail of alternate remedies available in law, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. 2.

If petitioner tenders appeal under the provisions of the Act of 1977, the tribunal, while considering the application seeking condonation of delay that may be presented by petitioner alongwith appeal, shall take into consideration the time spent in prosecuting the remedy of writ petition before this court.
